If I could give no stars that would be my choice. I contacted Red Rover last year to install a metal chimney in my brick chimney and most likely purchase a new insert. They were prompt returning my call and discussing what I wanted. I live approx. 50 miles from Missoula. They said it would be an extra $200 for them to come out, do an inspection and go over the job. Scott got back with me quickly, set up a visit quickly and when he got here he wasted no time setting to work. He's knowledgeable, straightforward, honest and has a great work feel - as in the way people used to work before everything went digital. He was great to work with, highly recommend!
