Overcharged for concrete some places less than 2” did not do foundation per plan already has surface cracks and less than year old Found out they only paid concrete contractor $5 ft and charge me $8 so he did least job he could took 9 months to complete job partly because generic drawings. Ragged cuts in some of the metal. Only a couple of the contractors speak English. He couldn't find a concrete contractor either for quite a while.
