Overcharged for concrete some places less than 2” did not do foundation per plan already has surface cracks and less than year old Found out they only paid concrete contractor $5 ft and charge me $8 so he did least job he could took 9 months to complete job partly because generic drawings. Ragged cuts in some of the metal. Only a couple of the contractors speak English. He couldn't find a concrete contractor either for quite a while. Had a great experience with Red Rover. They just finished our garage about 3 weeks ago. The concrete team did great. Once the builder tab came out it only took about a 1 1/2 days to build the garage. Once completed, Customer Service called to ensure all was good and if we had any issues to give then a call. Only down side is my husband is out there all the time.. lol
Too many 1st, 2nd, 3rd party sales,supplier, manufacturer, installer, what ever.Had a slab already poured.Contacted *********************************** Buildings. Thought that's who I'm dealing with. ****. Just a salesman working on the fly thru whatever little shell for RRB.Long story short, ordered the building, paid the 25% down and waited.Installer contacts me a few weeks later asking if I'm ready for the install, BUT asks if I can pay HIM cash directly.Wait, what?? If I could give zero stars I would. When they FINALLY got around to doing what they said they were going to do, my loan had almost expired. Told me it would be 8 weeks from e-signing the documents to completion of project. I had made a payment on the loans by the time my concrete was finally poured and another one before the building was erected. Not only that, I had to haggle them to get any answers on anything. Paid our deposit in June 2024. Was told it was a 9-week timeframe from start to finish. We had concrete done in August. We paid the invoice for concrete. Now 3 months later no one will return our calls.
My experience with Red Rover began after quickly taking deposit for concrete work and 20x20 storage building since this July 1st. Having to call and told that they having to get a third concrete company, and they would call, hmm no call received. Called to talk to manager, was told to stay on the phone, when after 30 minutes of holding, to be hung up on. I called back and got a recording.
