Red Rose was supposed to call yesterday by 2 to confirm the installation on our liner for today. They didn’t call and it wasn’t til I called them at 9 this morning I found out they rescheduled it for Friday. This is some of the worst customer service you can get from a contractor. I know things happen and change but a phone call to let us know is essential. I hope the installation is better than the service they have given us so far. I’ll keep you updated as to when and how the install is.
I placed a call to red Rose and spoke with Michelle who went above and beyond to guide me in the right direction. She connected me with Alex who scheduled Joe and Jordan to come out to diagnose my issue. From the time that Joe and Jordan showed up they educated me And fixed my issue within 10 minutes. What I thought was gonna cost me $1000 didn’t even come close to it. I went to the store and bought the products that was suggested and met Rick the store manager. He was beyond helpful and kind. Evan White, the pool technician, successfully keeps our pool in perfect operation....keeping our grandkids very happy. His quality of work and communication skills are superb. Also Paul Nedik, manager of Red Rose, has brought an extremely high level of customer focus, professionalism and quality back to the organization.
