Gary and his team were outstanding . They spent the time to explain everything about my system. I really feel confident in my ability to maintain my pool. But I know they are just a phone call away, and will have my back.
Highly unprofessional group with multiple years attempting to see progress from their team. This photo is the result of twice weekly “cleaning” service and years of customer loyalty. I received personal assurance from their manager Paul after issues last year but no luck, and no communication from their team.
Red Rose was supposed to call yesterday by 2 to confirm the installation on our liner for today. They didn’t call and it wasn’t til I called them at 9 this morning I found out they rescheduled it for Friday. This is some of the worst customer service you can get from a contractor. I know things happen and change but a phone call to let us know is essential. I hope the installation is better than the service they have given us so far. I’ll keep you updated as to when and how the install is.
