Red Rose Pool is doing a really good job helping me keep my pool fixed and running. I've been using them for at least 5 years to do my open/close but early this season they also have helped me rebuild the pool wall. I was very pleased with the workmanship and I felt the price was fair. This morning I discovered that my pump was leaking, so I called and they got Andrew out by early afternoon. Evan’s team successfully installed a new pool liner. His team was responsive, communication was clear and consistent. I highly recommend his services. Thanks to his excellent customer service and outstanding akill sets.
I was extremely impressed by this company's responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge. They solved our pool issues immediately, and both technicians took the time to listen to me and understand our needs. We will have them service our pool regularly and go to them for all our pool service needs.
Made an appointment to come to my home to give an estimate for pool repair in May, showed up, said they would get the estimate out to us right away,,, as of today 1 month later, at least 5 phone calls in to ask where it is,,,, even spoke to a manager and was told he would get it out to us right away,,, we are still waiting for the estimate!!!! Gary and his team were outstanding . They spent the time to explain everything about my system. I really feel confident in my ability to maintain my pool. But I know they are just a phone call away, and will have my back.
