I booked online, showed up for my appointment, and the shop was closed. Tried calling a few times and then just texted to see what was going on. I received only one text back saying they didn’t have me in their books. I sent them the several confirmation texts and emails that I received prior to my appointment and asked if they could fit me in at any point that day, as they had already told me in their message that they had no other bookings that day..
