Very reliable plumbing company. They responded quickly, explained the problem clearly, and completed the repair with high-quality workmanship. I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again.
AVOID! Terrible experience. They wanted to charge me $500 to unclog a sink. First they started with a $120 house call, then they said the issue was more complicated and required a camera inspection. Given my angst and urgency I agreed. After they ran the camera they found no issue and they just poured a liquid and wanted to charge me $500! They are crooks! Avoid like the plague!
Outstanding service and a very professional team! They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with great attention to detail. The entire process was smooth and well-managed, and the final results were excellent.
DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES. I called them for an emergency sewer back-up problem. Firstly, they subcontracted the job to a plumber from Fair Lawn. I was not made aware of this. Secondly, after the subcontractor could not fix my issue, he suggested calling another plumber to run a camera. Of course for an additional fee, but was promised doing so will help identify and fix the issue. The other subcontractor with the camera arrived and didn’t identify or fix the issue.
