Takes v to long to fill order
The chicken and chips looked like they were cooked when the store first opened in 1972: dry, stale, and barely edible. The staff clearly didn’t want to be there, and honestly, neither did I. The floor and furniture looked like they’d never been introduced to disinfectant. I couldn’t even force myself to finish the food. Total waste of money.
It's not as good in the last few months, we have gone from fortnightly purchases to 6 weeks due to silly things. Size of the chicken and chips in a tropical box meal no longer leaves my 12 year old granddaughter full. The potato and gravy has about half a scoop of potato and is mostly watery gravy. We keep hoping they revert to their service and quality of pre 5 months ago... the staff no longer look happy and bubbly. Whatever it was that happened I hope that they can address the issues and become the great place they were.
Went drive-thru. Got the order wrong, when we went in and let them know, the Manager was really great and sorted out the issue straight away. 5/5 for service, will go again.
