Best customer service lady. She is efficient and so friendly. I really appreciate the service she provided and I will go there when wanting takeaway because of her service.

I have had the classic roast a few times and the potatoes have been hard like rocks, completely inedible. How can Red Rooster allow their staff to serve food like that. Are they not trained properly in cooking, or know what acceptable standards of food are? It doesn't have to be fancy food, just well cooked.

Shannon Waterman is an exemplary worker. Every time I go there (about thrice a day), he always greets me with a welcoming smile. The food is mid asl, but thats to be expected from :D! My only recommendations would be to a) Give Mr.Waterman a substantial pay rise and b) Get the Riley bloke to stop looking at my misso's chest everytime we go in.

Once red rooster had by far the best takeaway chips. That is no longer the case from my last 2 visits. It's a shame really. I will in most likelyhood try again...
