Very disappointed with the meal particularly how dry the chicken was at the time. We were there around 1.30pm so not sure how long the food had been cooked for, normally is very nice. Also the toilets needed some attention. As it was Good Friday there appeared to be only 2 staff who were pretty busy. Didn't miss us with the 10% surcharge for the public holiday. The 6 chicken pieces must have been reheated. I ordered and in less than a minute it was ready. The chef in the kitchen threw the box into the collection area. All pieces had burnt dry battered crust on top and the chicken was dry. Total waste of $17. My parents saw the add on TV and thought they would try it. Not happy at all and will never order there again. It was quiet in store and at drive through, so no excuse.
I don't like saying bad things, but walking into the store today was quite unsafe, especially for my client. The ceiling falling out, a large puddle and water leak next to the counter. No caution sign. The floor was so slippery, greasy. The bathroom was absolutely atrocious. Also, a staff member eating their lunch in the back, right where they prepare people's food. Lovely service from the young man at the counter though.
the worst food i have ever tasted, paid $50 for a rooster feed and there was no coleslaw, no mash in the gravy, my WHOLE chicken is certainly not whole. tried to buy a rooster roll and they tell me there is no chicken? how is there no chicken at a chicken place? & the lady at the front was really really rude, really wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
