I asked them to make sure I had stuffing in my tropical pack, the girl at the window said it always comes with stuffing. It has none!! So disappointed as it is the only reason we got red rooster and it would have taken her two seconds to check.
Worst food ever, takes ages, owner is disgustingly rude to her customers. Wouldn’t recommend. The owners hygiene is bad as well. I ordered a box meal and it took so long and the food was cold. Tried to ask for a refund or them to make a new one the owner told me to get out. Worst experience ever
Such a bad store! Firstly the owner, bree (probably gave us a fake name) is so rude and so unprofessional, she should not be in a position to own or even work in this industry. After seeing all these bad reviews about this store it all makes sense! I’ve seen her be so rude to customers in the past I decided to give another opportunity but she was even worse this time! Drive thru speaker almost impossible to hear. Took about 10 minutes to have our order taken. No chicken available. Tenders we received had a slimey texture. Chips not hot. Very disappointed
Very disappointed, especially after giving this place a second chance. About a month ago, I ordered through drive thru— a BBQ Bacon and Cheese Rippa and a BBQ Burger Box. When I opened the bag, I found half of my order was incorrect missing the BBQ BURGER BOX replaced with some other meal. Both meals had spicy hot sauce instead of BBQ sauce, and our mouths were burning. The meals clearly state BBQ sauce on the menu.
