The new crumbed chicken is great. All we wanted and exactly what we received.

Just went through the drive through like 20 minutes ago and I got a Rippa Roll with no Mayo and some other food. And after driving off I have opened it to see it has mayo on it, and heaps of mayo as if they thought it said extra mayo instead of no mayo. I understand this is an accident and can happen but there was only one other car in the drive through and no one in the store and I know the car in front didn’t order any rolls. So just very frustrating as I spent the money and couldn’t have any dinner.
Bought a family meal last Thursday with the buffalo wings. Haven’t had red rooster in years and we were absolutely disgusted when we got not just 1… but 2 hairs in the batter of the buffalo chicken. Tried to call the store about 5 times that night with no answer at all. Safe to say we were all turned off the entire meal after that. Extremely disgusted, so unhygienic. Put hair nets on your staff!!! 🤮
