I ordered chicken tenders box. Food was cold, no mash in the gravy and did not get the herb and mayo sauce. Also the tenders were very small. Very sub standard
Honestly words aren't enough. A picture doesn't seem to capture just how criminal this joint is. Bought 2 rolls for $14. I got 1 roll and this soggy bread with close to ZERO chicken on it. Some stacked at the front if the roll and NOTHING else. Nothing in this photo was altered or re-arranged prior to me taking the photo
I went to red rooster on Friday 26/6/26 and was served by Leon a very polite young man and he was extremely good at his job, he is definetly going to be a manager before long and it will be well deserved. As an old man that believes good customer service keeps the business going Leon will be one person that will make an impact in his job and probably the world with the way he carries himself. Thank you Leon for making my visit to red rooster today be memorable for all the right reasons well done young man.
called multiple times to leave a complaint was ignored multiple times then after they picked uo they hung up almost immediately. one of the workers named jack davies had gave me my order then proceeded to call me a rude b*tch and then told me to f*ck off after i tried to complain
all had smiles on their face and treated there customers fantasic
I ordered online and collected it. Was disappointed at the quality of the food. Chicken was dry, "crispy" potatoes were uncooked let alone crispy and why are the corn discs now battered? Absolute rubbish. The sweet potatoes were good, as was the gravy and peas. The rest was garbage.
Useless Ordered two of their new Cheeseburgers (two crunchy chicken tenders, slice of cheese & smokey cheese sauce), with added bacon as regular combos Got home only to find was given two kids cheeseburgers (chicken patty, cheese & tomato sauce) instead!!! Of course I was charged for the more expensive burgers!
Best Red Rooster So Far Great Quallity Food Best Chicken Best Chips Everything Was So Great Even Though The Bathroom Was Shut The Food Was Crispy And Nice
This is a great store very clean & friendly. Great service and great staff. Always a pleasure to go there. Food is great.
