There is never anywhere near enough sauce on the fried chicken, it’s just drizzled on the top and nothing underneath. So disappointing, we have been long time customers for the fried chicken since it was first came out at RR, we like it so much more than KFC. Service wasn’t bad and the taste was decent, but to pay $12 for 2 chips that were around half full is so disappointing, would go else where now unfortunately
Really quiet red rooster, staff have always been amazing, nice and have great customer service skills but the food is always not great. I tried it 3 times and all 3 times it was cold, felt like the chicken was cold and rushed to get cooked and I even didnt eat my meal one night because I didn't think the chicken was cooked. If the food could meet the service 1million percent id be there again.
