Staff always helpful. Food is always hot and fresh
I went through drive-thru at 11.50am were asked to wait by the guy with the head set, he took a order to someone's car then came back to take our order which was 2 x $5.95 quarter chicken and chips and were told "oh we don't have any whole chickens for another 7 minutes." There was no sign to say they had no more chicken. Who has got time to wait 7 minutes, not good at all. Advertise these deals but can't supply when ordered. Unhappy customer.
This is a 2 part review CLEARLY the store and RED ROOSTER AUS no longer care about their Consumers or their brand I attended drive through 1157 am (LUNCH TIME ) I ordered the $15 whole chicken large chips NO other customers in store.
