Chicken was dry. Chips were very salty
I have come to Springwood Red Rooster a couple of times over last few months and each time their toilets are locked. Firstly it was getting fixed and then a customer took the toilet key a couple of weeks ago and they have done nothing about it..
Quite an embarrassing visit to this store tonight. Us and 4 other cars all asked to pull into carpark, being handed bag to ‘check if it was our order’ ??? This happened 3 times. Wouldn’t the distributer of the food not know what’s in the bag and who it belongs too??? Woman on the headset got our order completely wrong too. To the poor young girl taking food out to cars- I would’ve quit then and there babes. Literal nightmare. New management required ASAP if this business wants to survive
Waited almost 30 minutes for an order that was preordered online. Tried to give us the wrong order twice, and when ours finally did come, the fritter was cold, falling apart and soggy, the chips felt like they had been cooked at lunch and overall quality was so disgusting that none of it was eaten. Based on recent reviews this has been an issue for a while and hasn’t been resolved. Would give 0 stars if I could
