Easily the worst Red Rooster I've ever had. Ordered cheeseburger box. Chips were cold. Piece of chicken looked and tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for 3 weeks. Burger bun was dry and tasted stale. Chicken was dry and cold.
Just ordered 2 rippa combo boxes through the drive through, it was a 3 minute journey home, chicken was cold, chips were cold, and the rippa rolls were microwaved soggy and cold! And potato and gravy was cold too! Garbage!!!! Friendly guy at the window though!
What you would expect of a fast food restaurant. They forgot part of the order but were quick to fix it. Only two people were running the restaurant and the drive-thru. The store was clean.
