Only half of my order was received through delivery order. On calling the store, the staff were extremely rude, dimissive and unhelpful. Told me that the driver had taken the wrong bag, even though the docket on the bag had my name on it, to which they claimed that 2 people with the same name must have ordered at the same time....wow!!!! Someone with the same first name and initial of my surname put the same order at the same time, wanting delivery to the same place????? No customers ahead of me. Three girls serving. All standing there mucking around writing a cute note to leave stuck in the cash register. If they’d bothered to actually look at me they’d have seen I was waiting for service. Didn’t notice me walk off. Continued to muck around while one wrote the note. You are losing business because of your staff. You mustn’t need to pay rent in queens plaza.
