Our food arrived completely cold, and despite repeatedly asking the staff if it could be made hotter, the issue was not resolved. Furthermore, we were not provided with any paper plates or cups for our drinks, making it very difficult to enjoy our meal. As a customer who expects a higher standard from Red Rooster, I hope you can look into this with the store team to ensure it does not happen again.
