My friend and I visited Red Rooster this evening and placed an order for a medium Veggie Meal. However, we were mistakenly given a large chicken meal instead. As we were in a hurry, we did not check the contents at the time and relied on the accuracy of the staff. Unfortunately, upon later inspection, we found that the chicken had an unpleasant odor, and the fries were soggy and also smelled off. This experience was disappointing, particularly as we trusted the order would be correct and of acceptable quality.
