I placed an order on the app at 9:07 PM Today (Sunday) and went to pick it up, but I was told that they wouldn’t be able to fulfil the order as they didn’t have anything from the store menu in stock. I was pretty disappointed with my meal. I ordered a Rooster Roll combo with chips and a drink, and asked for extra salt on the chips. They didn’t seem to have any salt on them at all, and they were soggy rather than crispy. The bread roll was also stale, and to make things worse, I found gristle or possibly a small piece of bone in the chicken, which really put me off finishing the meal.
