Food reheated & not fresh
I went through the drive through so not much connection with staff. I would Iike to mention I use to love your corn, not so keen on the battered corn now.
I’m honestly disappointed with my order today. The chicken looked like it had been sitting for a while and was reheated instead of freshly cooked. The skin was already very hard, and it looked like it would burn if heated any longer. I usually have a good experience with Red Rooster because the chicken is sometimes freshly cooked, but today was different. This is actually the first time I’ve left a review because I was really disappointed with the quality of the chicken.
Great service from the team with fresh hot food - great job!
chicken was cold and hard and burger bun was like its never baked terrible exp, never going to red rooster again
