I’ve been trying to correct an order I placed over two weeks ago. I’ve emailed without a response so I hope this review gets noticed. I used the app to order and four items are missing. Could you please let me know if I can get a refund or if I can collect the missing items? I’d like to add that we waited over 35 minutes and no one greeted us at the window to inform us of the situation. The man behind me was swearing out his window, desperately hoping someone would come and explain what was happening.
There was no roast chicken! This is a regular occurrance at Mt Sheridan Red Rooster. Got the fried chicken. Dry. Pretty much inedible. And to top it off, theyre not on the app at rhe moment so no points for sub standard food.
The place is good. I love the RED HOT sauce with anything they serve. Red rooster has the beat Red hot and spicy sauce.
No taste, no texture, tooooo much salt with ur chips
Chicken was cold and in the burger. The piece of chicken we recieved was stupid size and the burger looked liked it seen better days especially for the price. Your drive staff was way loud talking through her head piece while serving another customer. Overall, nah, never again!
