Very helpful staff very clean and plenty of seating all in all pleasant experience unlike KFC staff are not very professional

Every single time we order the Hot Honey Chicken, we end up waiting around 30 minutes. What’s the point of running a fast-food franchise if customers have to wait that long? I don’t want to leave a 1-star review because I genuinely like your food, which is why I’m still giving you 5 stars. However, I hope you seriously look into this issue, as you could lose more customers if it continues.
