Bought a bacon chicken burger and the sauces was like a swimming pool I don't think I will ever buy anything from this store again

Had a great experience with front of house staff during my visit. Unfortunately things took a turn when they messed up my order 3 times. I was vilified for asking them to remake it. The owner decided I was in the wrong for asking for a final remake because the bread roll was stone-cold, like sitting on a metal bench cold. Disappointed, got the meal in an acceptable state after all said and done. But not without a fight from the owner. Poor conflict resolution from management here.
Harvey is an amazing Manager and the team does an excellent job. Service is excellent and they maintain a high brand standard ☝
