Ordered a Rooster Roll box tonight and honestly it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The chips were cold and soggy, the gravy was watery, and the hot honey fried chicken was extremely dry like it had been sitting there for ages. I also found a bone in my Rooster Roll, which should never happen. What happened to managers checking the rolls before orders go out? Oddly this is a very positive non-chicken review of a chicken restaurant. This is a 5 star review of this burger in context of fast food veggie burger options, but staff were nice too. Went in wondering if there is anything other than chicken, ordered veggie burger and it was the best fast food veggie burger I've eaten. Ordered online for pick up. Used app first time so the girl at the counter extended her hand to go out of the way to help us place and collect the order. Food was great. Packaging is excellent so you can carry it easily. Will order again. Thank you Red Rooster for great service.

Why buy roast chook from supermarkets!? Cheaper, tastier and fresher than any supermarket could offer. When combined with polite, informative and professional service, as I received from Kilsyth crew on my last visit and option to have my chicken portioned for me, the choice was a no brainer. Highly recommended!
