On my trip from Canberra to Sydney. Especially asked tge staff for fresh cooked food. Was happy to wait. Even reminded him to ask the kitchen staff. But let alone fresh. It was cold
Waited over 30 min! Priority seemed to be drive through customers. Pretty ordinary lunch pack.
They where very busy but didn't seem to be very organized.
Very good. Friendly, efficient. Great food.
