Food is fresh and well made. Staff are friendly and serve without delay.
5 stars is not enough for this restaurant! I visit this establishment multiple times a week now and even in their busiest times they have never forgotten anything from my orders. I've seen othere but very few missed orders but when they do, the apologise profusely for their mistake. Unlike McDonald's or KFC who treat you like a number and when returning to get the products they forget to put in the bag The staff are always smiling and happy to serve me. Order took over an hour to be ready for driver to collect. Two drivers gave up in the meantime. No cutlery or serviettes, so hard to eat chicken smothered in mash and gravy. Owner needs to take responsibility and get this store in order. Staff don’t seem to care. Probably choose somewhere else if you’re hungry.
