Waited at the drive through speaker, no one took my order, drove to the window and they just looked at me and no one enquired what I was doing, eventually parked the car and walked in, staff just looked and then turned the other way. A lady then spoke up to the staff and complained about how long her order was taking so we just walked out. Staff looked like they needed guidance or there is a lack of supervision. Not sure about the food as I had already spent 10 mins trying to get served.

I reviewed Red Rooster Goulburn around a year ago and, at the time, gave them 2 stars due to issues including cold food. Unfortunately, after returning today, the experience has become even worse. I ordered a Large Rippa Box and waited around 40 minutes to receive my meal. I am actually writing this while still sitting in the restaurant. There were only about five customers inside, including myself, so the delay was difficult to understand. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the wait. Absolute filth of a dirty place, all tables needed to be clean. Had to wait about 4 mins before I was even served, no hello or greetings at all. had to go back to the counter to get a spoon and napkins. When the spoon was handed to me they had their thumb on my part of the spoon. I highly recommend avoiding this place, the food was very lack luster with disinterested employees.
