Went through the drive-through at Red Rooster Gosnells and honestly had such a good experience. The food was hot and fresh, but the service is what stood out. The guy serving was impeccable, super friendly, asked how I was doing, patient, and was really attentive with my order. You can tell he actually cares about customer service. Big respect to him, he’s doing something right.
I went for a quick snack during my break around 12:30, so to save time I used the drive-through. The cashier was really rude and dismissive, hard to understand, and didn’t seem interested in taking my order, even though there were no other customers around.I had to repeat my order three times, and when I finally got to the window, she just ignored me for a bit and walked around the kitchen. I always call ahead to get fresh cook and they always make it happens. Highly recommend
Great, food was good, proper halal, no bacon on premises.
