We were sitting waiting for our food in the parking lot for 20mins, others longer than us. I ended up going in to find our food. When we got home to eat there were only a few chicken strip's on our burgers, not even enough to cover the buns. A few days later I noticed the shop fences off. I feel if you are shutting up shop you should let customers know that you are using up products and don't have what you are actually paying for. The burgers were so skimpy and no communication from staff in regards to anything.
The chicken was burnt, in fact everything was!!!
Did not enjoy our experience today at the Gladstone Red Rooster. After ordering our food we were told to park in their parking lot, 15 minutes later we are forced to go into the store for our food. Then we get home only to realise one of our orders are wrong. The chips were over salted, i mean over salted and the size of their burgers is a joke. Will not be going back.
