Not nice that Im the 70th review for this place... IYKYK. Clean. Orderly. Plenty of space. My chicken pops were cooked fresh. Guy serving was kindly and calm. Not busy, it was 430pm on a Thursday and everyone headed in the other direction. Man, I love Chicken Pops too much and they're $11 (large) these days (October, 2025). But yeh store was super orderly and clean. Good to see.
Amazing service and so helpful. Today we went retro and ordered a Rooster Classic Roast. I don’t think I’ve had one since 2003 and it came piping hot, smothered in gravy. With peas, roast sweet potato and roast potatoes and stuffing, it was the best item on any menu in this complex. The chicken was breast and wing - moist and flavourful. The meal was huge - 2 x full roast dinners for $21! Service was friendly and super helpful!
The rooster roll was cold and disgusting. Tiny pieces of crappy soft chicken, not close to crispy. Red Rooster your food quality has really fallen a long way from where it once was. Will not be returning to any store ever again for this garbage food.
This was hands down the best Red Rooster experience I’ve ever had—far better than the McDonald’s in the same centre. We stopped in on our way back to Melbourne from the coast, and everything from the service to the food exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. It was such a pleasant surprise that we’ll definitely be making this a regular stop whenever we’re passing through. Highly recommend!
