I thought I was ordering dinner, but apparently, I was auditioning for a survival show called Will They Eat It?. The chips arrived with the texture and warmth of cardboard left on the side of the road. Thank you to the young Indian gentleman (red rooster employee) he kindly ran over to Mac Donald's next doors after I visited red rooster to give me my sauce he forgot to pack in my bag that was dedication... thanks again
Extremely high wait time. Poor customer service
Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The service was slow and unprofessional — we had to wait over 30 minutes just to place our order, and the staff didn’t seem attentive or welcoming. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and lacked flavor. I expected much better based on the reviews. Cleanliness was also an issue — the table was sticky, and the floor around us wasn’t well maintained. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt this was necessary.
