Erina, just ordered a Trop box, no drink in the order, and only Gravy no mash!
Order was wrong. Took 40mins! Lost order within the orders they still had displayed on the screen that were already completed, no one had removed them!! Understaffed at lunchtime. Juniors as managers. Less than basic skills in this store. Won’t be going back. Ever. The owners of this place need to do an overhaul of training and renovate the place. It’s gone downhill badly.
2 green staff members that weren't confident running the store. Just ordered a rooster roll, chips and coleslaw. Told I couldn't have coleslaw cause he hasn't made it. Waited 30 minutes. Another man had been waiting longer. Drive thru is also backed up.
I made a mobile order and 5 minutes before i arrived i swiped on the app to say that i had arrived and got a confirmation email that my order was being made. After waiting 40 minutes i asked if the order was being made and they said they had no idea there was an order. After receiving my order and taking it home i realised that they had drenched what was suppose to be an ordinary piece of crunchy chicken with hot sauce so i was unable to eat it and the corn fritters that was made hot were rock hard when i bit into them and t... read more
Tim and the boys really looked after us when we visited. Great customer service and great atmosphere!!!
