The other night I ordered through the red rooster app which was delivered by DoorDash. We received less than half of our order. I lodged the online form but it didn’t give me any indication of next steps so I called the shop. The man who answered my call was fantastic! He was very apologetic, offered to deliver the missing food as we lived around the corner and he was less than 10mins from call to delivery. I bought a takeaway 1/4 chicken and chips and a regular gravy. The meal was served very quickly, so quickly that it was not properly heated and not all that fresh. It was salted so heavily that I couldn't finish the meal. Disappointed as they are usually better than this.
