Quality of food and drink was good Service was definetly sub-par at best. We were visitors and not regulars so not sure if this was a one-off. Once they realized their mistakes which took two of our parties' 3 times going up and down the stairs and an half of an hour they rose to the challenge. Having to eat upstairs and go up and down stairs multiple times to get an order right was not a good experience. Will consider giving them a second chance
The coffee is phenomenal! My absolute fav is the Funky Chicken, but truly can't go wrong with any of these amazing coffees! Try it and you will never go back to the grocery store crap 🤮! I ate in the cafe for the first time today and the bagel egg and cheese was absolutely divine! The best breakfast sandwich I've ever had! The tropical carrot smoothie was refreshing, delicious and made eating healthy seen like a very attainable goal! Service was friendly and fast even with customers lined out the door! I’ve never had the opportunity to visit in person, but I mail order their coffee beans all the time and I can say they are a great roaster. They have a large selection of high quality beans and friendly, helpful staff if you need help with an order.
