Didnt recieve the order as requested. Chips soggy . Lacked the usual flavour expected from red rooster else where . Really tight drive through

Theres never a wait in drive thru, the staff are so quick. The food always comes out well put together. Great job guys/gals
We walked in when a young girl was cleaning the glass on the front door. She held it open for us and smiled and we joked about "the good service". We tried to order but I was unsure about what the family box was that I was trying to order. That same young girl came over and was SO HELPFUL to her fellow worker and she showed her how to change things for the order. It was great to watch her.
