They said they closed at 11 I ordered food at 10:06 2 2 uber drivers cancelled Because Uber eats says they were open I was unable to get a refund on my orde for me and the missus ( and red rooster never cancelled the order before they closed) I got hit with the price of the food plus 2x uber fees for food that was not delivered. If I could give less than 1 star I would....... How are you going to compensate me red rooster??? Hhhmmm?
Sat in drive through for 30mins tonight, for basic stuff. They probably shouldn't have opened if they were that down on staff. Zero apologies. Oh yeah, and they gave us the wrong order.
