I have ordered crunchy chips but the chips were still soggy/uncooked.
First time coming to Red Rooster. Pretty good for a fast food place. The young lady in the drive thru initially didn't understand what I wanted, so explained exactly what it was. She was polite, service for drive thru was a little slowish, but was still worth it as I enjoyed my burger and chips. That Picklebird Burger is very good! Had to go searching for the chicken in the snack subs we bought. Took ages to get through the drive-through. Definitely not fast food.
No customer service. Chaotic and need better Staff training. I made an Online order 15 minutes prior (app says ready in 10) and showed my order code and told my name in store to the Staff. After waiting another 15 minutes. I walk closer to the pick up area and saw a bag with my name on it -my order was just sitting there the whole time. What a wate of people's time for nothing. Also Staff doesn't know the menue, saw a few customers pointing to the menue screen to explain their orders are actually on the menue.
