very bad service and ignoring customers
I ordered a Flayva wrap combo last night and got food poisoning
The lady pictured in previous post is maybe the worst person to have involved in your business. I am a regular at this red rooster. 5 days ago an item was missing from my order. I called and was told to quote my number and that the $6 item would be replaced next time....well what to you know they have no record of this. The staff member argued with me so much over this. You would think the $6 was coming from her pay. I asked her some simple questions her first name only and job title. She couldn't provide this information. S... read more
