Absolutely appalling and unprofessional service! I visited the Armstrong Creek branch tonight with my partner to pick up a takeaway, and it was a shocking experience. We were ignored at the counter for quite a while. When a male staff member finally appeared, he was wearing AirPods and was clearly on a personal phone call the entire time.
