I have been a loyal customer of Red Room for the past 7 years, I have spent hundreds of dollars on tattoos and piercings here and I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING. THIS IS THE WORST SHOP IN CHICO. I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE HERE EVER AGAIN AND WILL CONTINUE TO LEAVE BAD REVIEWS. The body piercer, Cherie is THE WORST. Absolutely completely rude from the 1st phone call, she went into her personal life and how we can't be "cutting it close" because she has to take a bus home.
