i got my navel pierced by courtney a few weeks ago and it went great! it’s healing super well and it’s places perfectly. courtney and the whole staff were super sweet and helpful, i will be going back! 🩷🩷
I was pierced twice here by the same piercer, both times the piercing was crooked. I have never had an issue healing piercings before, but both of these piercings are rejecting because of how crooked they are. I am on my way to get them removed today. I am so truly disappointed, when I moved to Chico I wanted to find a new reputable piercing shop and I thought this was the one. But it's not. I got my navel pierced at the Red Room and the staff were so sweet and helpful! Courtney was so funny and we laughed and chatted all throughout my appointment which helped me relax. Everything was clean, professional and organized. I would definitely recommend!
