Rude!
It wasnt the best The property managers was rude I booked online to arrive for payment N charged 50 deposit on top of room
Dee was wonderful she has great customer service, there should more employees like her she deserve a raise in pay!
Do not stay here if you want to be having a sleep over with roaches. If not too late please cancel your stay immediately🤢. As a company the hotel should be shutdown if any sort of infestations such a health code violation. WE DO NOT PAY TO DEAL WITH PESTS!!! Also don't be fooled by its location as its great but not worth it. Also my Key card would not work almost everytime the cleaning team came and I had to go all the way back to the front desk. NOBODY HAS TIME TO DO ALL THAT. INCONVENIENCES ALL AROUND.
