I was so impressed with Alexia at Yuba City Red Roof this week when I drove up from LA & discovered that Bonanza became Red Roof. She was so kind & cared about my needs. We used to stay at Bonanza & she assured me that Red Roof is as good as the Bonanza was. She helped us with our reservation & we liked it so much, we decided to stay two days. I've stayed here several times this year for about 6 weeks total. It's normally decent but this last 2 weeks have been an absolute nightmare. Issues with the television almost every day. I've had my room fully cleaned twice in 17 nights. Just ridiculous. I will have to think long and hard about ever staying here again
I recently stayed at the Red Roof Hotel in Yuba City, and I have to say, the highlight of my experience was the incredible customer service provided by Kristine at the front desk. The place was nice but when checking in , late I must add, I had to deal with someone through a screen that wouldn’t explain a question I had about not being charged when it was reserved. It was just simply “we do not have that kind of policy” but not telling me why. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and nice but dealing with the person through a screen on a kiosk was just frustrating.
