This is a joke of a hotel. The worst hotel experience I've ever encountered in thousands of stays. I booked a room online through the Red Roof Inn website. When I arrived at the hotel to check-in I was told that they do not honor the discount code which I used to book the room. They also refused to cancel my reservation. The only option that I was given was to check-in at the standard rate, not the rate for which I booked. I refused and left. I was taking out. I was unable to take pictures of the room that I was staying in. It was a wheelchair with a queen sized bed. There was a living room space with a table, computer chair, and bed with a pull out bed. The cleansing so that provided by the hotel is exfoliating, moisturizing, and will get you right after using one bottle. There was slim pickings from the free breakfast was provided from 5am to 9am. Very good spot
The room was moldy and not well ventilated. It was hard to get comfortable. Hotel needs severe upgrades. No room service at all. Breakfast was coffee, juice, and cereal. Wifi was the absolute worse. No vending machine, no ice, nothing. Location was great and that was the only great thing about this hotel. Everything is minutes away from the location, which made running errands a breeze.
