Rooms was not clean, specially the floor was so slippery and nasty 🤢, a/c was not working, bathroom humidity extractor not working, it was not disclose that room was a smoker room. Not a good experience at all

The front desk clerk, is always super nice, welcoming, helpful, and doesn't make you feel like you are bothering her! The rooms are very spacious!
The toilet is dirty, there’s no tissue in the tissue box, there’s no trash can in the room, and the bedside area smells bad.
