Awful experience - very noisy, could smell cigarette and cannabis smoke coming into our room from a vent despite booking a non-smoking room. There was a wire exposed that could have electrocuted our children. The door didn’t shut properly, people shouting very early in the morning. Bathroom horrible. We were glad to leave.
Beautiful rooms, large clean pet area outside w disposable baggies and can. NICE responsive staff. Only neg...Price higher than I'm used to paying at RedRoof and only 1 free pet per visit I believe. $109 + taxes for AAA rate. Worth it I'm thinking?

We are here for work. Rooms are reasonably priced. Cleaner than what you expect from a "Red Roof Inn". Service was good. Located in between Fredericksburg and Stafford VA. I have heard several sirens throughout the night but I would consider it typical for a city environment. I would stay here again.
