Very disappointed with this Hotel. I booked 2 rooms August 25th for today, September 6th. I received an email confirming this reservation. This morning I received an email that the rooms were rebooked for September 7th and tonights stay had been cancelled. I called the hotel and was told they were overbooked and they canceled my reservation. Unacceptable and very disappointed. Will never book with Red Roof again.
Was given a room with the window not locking. I can understand a little about not having kitchen cookware and plates etc, because of the city demographics but you should not have to pay to use it. What if out of town guests wanted to cook? An additional fee, and/or bring your own cooking and eating supplies? It should be noted on EVERY online platform advertising this.
