The pictures are a lie. The employees are the sweetest people you could ever meet. The people in the call center have no problems promising things the employees cannot offer. We booked a suite several days before we got there. Called the day before. Still booked for the first floor, still booked for a suite. The man had called it a medical hold as my mother is handicapped. We arrived to no suite, we're on the 3rd floor, and the hot tub is out of service. (One of the main reasons we booked here) over all? Unimpressed.

The air conditioner kept shutting off, had to hold the toilet handle down for it to flush, the towel rack was bent, tv remote had tape over the batteries, it smelled the cannabis, hot tub was out of order.

The floor in our room wasn't swept, on on the pillow white cases had nasty brown stains on it, a couple of the other pillow cases has blood stains on them. When we called they said the pool and hot tub were functional but when we arrived a half hour later, the hot tub was down and it was green and slimy and not to pleasant of a smell, the pool had debris flooding in the water, so we ended not using either of the amenities we went there for. The Red Roof Inn provided a fantastic experience. Frank, the maid, was incredibly kind and made my stay enjoyable. The Continental breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and dedicated to the facility’s well-being. Red Roof truly excels in providing excellent customer service.
