When I was in flint staying in this hotle everything was nice and also I wish I could come stay again nice people are working and we visiting friends and family In owosso michigan and not that far from owosso and I really enjoyed my vacation and we like to stay again and we have traveled all the way from myrtle Beach SC
Pretty good service
The pictures are a lie. The employees are the sweetest people you could ever meet. The people in the call center have no problems promising things the employees cannot offer. We booked a suite several days before we got there. Called the day before. Still booked for the first floor, still booked for a suite. The man had called it a medical hold as my mother is handicapped. We arrived to no suite, we're on the 3rd floor, and the hot tub is out of service. (One of the main reasons we booked here) over all? Unimpressed.
