Staff was always nice, rooms where clean and a good size!
The place stunk of marijuana and cigarettes the hot tub did not work, no towels at the poolside. Floors were dirty and unwilling to work with changes in schedule. I stayed with them years ago with same issues but this one looked better online. It is not!
Well when we stepped off the elevator onto the 3rd floor, there was trash up and down almost the entire hallway! Which made me nervous for the room. Get inside , looks ok. I lifted the first mattress to check for bed bugs. And I don’t even know what it was, but it made me feel sick! I was shocked! After my friend got out of the rest room we went downstairs to get a new room. They got us a new room, which I was hesitant to get but my friend was from out of town and we just wanted to enjoy her stay. So we gave the second room ... read more
My stay has been very comfortable and the staff has been very nice and accommodating!
