Jessica Brown and Veronica were just a great help in my time of need but the service attendant was a haggler about me admitting to smoking I didn’t know I had a long week but my stay was great overall thank you so much

I broke down on I95 today, hours away from home and help.. let me tell you about the lady at the front desk! Her customer service and compassion went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I walk into the lobby in pure tears, cause this was not the plan today!! And immediately, she treats me like a friend she just saw last week, she helped me emotionally and mentally, when all she really had to do was simply her job.. Both of the Jessica's made our stay enjoyable. The room was great and the Mexican food in the restaurant was Delicious

Jessica B is one of the best front desk associates that you have. Not only is she pleasingto speak with, she is definitely willing to go the extra mile to make sure all customers are happy with their stay. She encouraged us to try something new at the Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel. This was one of the best vacations I have had in a while.
