The front desk was very personable & kind. The property is clean, cozy. The other guests are peaceful & don't bother anyone. There's a $100 deposit, but it was worth the peace & my piece of mind, to relax & enjoy the stay.
Sarah and rest of staff was friendly, professional and accommodating! Room and lobby, pool, exercise rooms were clean and well maintained. We'll be back!
The people at the front desk were incredibly unhelpful. I booked my stay weeks in advance for their kitchen type suit. After checking In and going to the room I found the window broken and an unsafe light switch. Later that night I had gone to the store to get groceries to cook on the stove in the room. When I got there I found that the stove was completely broken, it was shorted somehow and it was flipping the breaker whenever you would try to turn it on.
