Dirty and unprofessional. Speak Spanish if you want to be treated half way decent.
Staff very unprofessional. Young lady at desk was not welcoming at all. No smile, no welcome in, just straight to business $$$. The gentleman who is the manager was worse. Again, no welcome, no smile. They made disparaging remarks about another guest in Spanish as I was checking in. Soon as I walked into the room, a roach was crawling on the wall. The whole hotel smelled nasty, there was hair all over the bed and I'm pretty sure one of the towels wasn't washed from the previous person. The bed looked like it had been used recently. I won't ever be staying here again!
