Very pleased with the service provided by Red Rocks Carpet and Hameed. Their initial consultation was extremely thorough, making sure that they flagged all the problem areas for an accurate estimate on the cleaning and carpet replacement. Hameed provided me with many options based on my budget and what made the most sense for places to clean vs replace. Used this company twice in the 11 months cleaning the same areas. The guys are nice and they do a good job, but not special for what they charge. They charged something completely different each time. Even their “environmental” charge went from $25 to $40, this is a fee for them to dispose of the water and one that I do not think is right to charge your customers for. Won’t be using this company again as I do not trust the pricing.
