Overall the windows look nice at first. Then I discovered the shoddy caulking and caulking drips all around the frame of my windows outside. Within months I had to have a window replaced twice because of condensation. 5 years later, and the third time for that same window the argon was gone entirely and the window is discolored now. Red rocks was an incredible window company to work with. They were direct and communicative about price and time frame for our window install. Their sales people were not overbearing which we appreciated and I will gladly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
