I discussed buying new windows with Jessica N. and she called me on her day off to let me know she would set me up with a meeting with someone in the office on Tuesday. She never called me back, or transferred my request to someone in the office, who could help me. With other retailers in the area, customer service and integrity are important. I had a really positive experience with the sales team—they were professional, helpful, and made the process easy. The quality of the product itself has also been great. Unfortunately, the communication after the sale has been very frustrating. I’ve had to repeatedly follow up just to get my screen door installed on the new door.
