When the owner found out my window problems, he personally took responsibility. The previous warranty company had declined my request for help. He came to my house assessed the problems and made temporary repairs until the final new windows were ordered and installed. Now I have beautiful and perfect windows again! Thank you, Thomas! It's a relief to deal with an owner who cares about his clients!
Paid for window in August and still not installed. They have my windows( allegedly) but so far make every excuse as why not installed.
Overall the windows look nice at first. Then I discovered the shoddy caulking and caulking drips all around the frame of my windows outside. Within months I had to have a window replaced twice because of condensation. 5 years later, and the third time for that same window the argon was gone entirely and the window is discolored now. SIX of the SEVEN windows have lost their insulation effect. There are cracks in all of the joints around the windows. OH, YOU HAVE A WARRANTY? WORTHLESS.
